  1. Pre-Order Based Products: All products listed on our website are available for pre-order. This means that you can reserve your item before it becomes available in stock. Pre-ordering allows us to manage inventory effectively and deliver your product as soon as it becomes available.

  2. Scheduled Delivery: The expected delivery date for each pre-order product is clearly stated on the product page. This date is an estimation and is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as supplier delays or logistical issues. However, we strive to maintain accuracy and keep our customers informed of any changes promptly.

  3. Delivery Service: We have partnered with Yamato Delivery Service, a reputable and reliable courier, to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Yamato Delivery Service provides a tracking feature, allowing you to monitor the status of your package from dispatch to delivery.

  4. Shipping Confirmation: Once your pre-order product is ready for dispatch, we will send you an email confirmation. This email will include your order details, the scheduled delivery date, and the tracking number provided by Yamato Delivery Service. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

  5. Important Notes:

  • In case of any changes to the scheduled delivery date, we will notify you promptly via email or the contact information provided during checkout.

  • If you have ordered multiple pre-order items with different delivery dates, we may ship them separately to ensure prompt delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or disruptions in the delivery network.

SHIPPING FEE

At our online dessert shop, we offer delivery all over Japan. If you make a purchase over 7500 yen, shipping is free. For orders below 7500 yen, a delivery fee will be applied. Please take a look at our shipping fee list below for more information.

CANCEL & REFUND POLICY

we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please carefully read our refund policy to understand the guidelines for canceling your order.

  1. Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled shipping date stated on the product page. If you decide to cancel within this time frame, a 50% charge will be deducted from the total order value, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  2. No Refunds Within 24 Hours of Shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot process any refunds for orders canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled shipping date. This policy is in place because preparations for making your treats will have already begun, and it may not be feasible to stop the process at this stage.

  3. How to Request an Order Cancellation: To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team at [customer support email/phone number]. Kindly provide your order details, including the order number, product name, and the reason for the cancellation. Our support team will guide you through the process and assist you in initiating the refund.
