All items at Kahana Designs are made to order. Our Hawaiian-themed t-shirts, canvas prints, and lauhala jewelry are custom-produced specifically for you, which means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/production error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@kahana.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us or lost in transit, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
