Hawaiian Coffee Island Brew | Hawaii T-Shirt | Kona Coffee Culture Tee
Hawaiian coffee — Island Brew — is the kind of cup you slow down for. The Kona belt is small (about 1% of the world's coffee comes from here), but it punches well above its weight.
The leeward slopes of the Big Island's Hualālai and Mauna Loa volcanoes create one of the world's most particular coffee microclimates: morning sun, afternoon cloud cover known locally as the "Kona cloud," rich volcanic soil, and cool nights. Coffee has grown here since 1828, and the industry was largely built by Japanese plantation workers who took over the small farms when the sugar barons abandoned the crop in the 1890s. Many of those same families still own and harvest their own beans, picking cherries by hand at peak ripeness.
For locals, this tee is a Big Island salute — coffee here is family, often quite literally. For visitors, it's the souvenir of that farm visit, that cupping flight, that moment you understood why a single cup of Kona costs what it costs.
Soft unisex tee. Multiple sizes and colorways available.
