The Waimea Bay drop is one of the most photographed moments in surfing. Standing on a peak at twenty-plus feet, looking down a face that drops straight into history — this tee is for that view.

Waimea Bay sits on Oahu's North Shore and is the birthplace of modern big-wave surfing. Greg Noll, Eddie Aikau, and a small handful of pioneers rode it first in the late 1950s and early 1960s, and it has been a proving ground ever since. The Eddie — the Eddie Aikau Big Wave Invitational — only runs when Waimea throws faces of forty feet or more, and "the Eddie would go" has become shorthand across the surf world for a courage that honors the man it's named for. The drop here is a rite of passage.

For locals, this design carries the weight of names like Aikau. For visitors, it's a way to honor the lineup you stood above with your jaw on the sand.

Soft unisex tee. Multiple sizes and colorways available.
